Mike Hancock

 

Mike was born and raised in Missouri and has resided in Hancock County/Indianapolis area since 1989. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Masters Degree in Accounting and became a CPA in 1984. He is married to Deana and they have three children: Sydney, Cassey, and Caleb. Mike started his real estate career in 1995 and soon established himself as one of the top Hancock County Realtors. He is well known for his vast knowledge and hands on experience in selling some of the finest homes in Hancock County and surrounding counties. Mike has studied and implemented marketing and management systems learned from past experience and other top agents around the county which increased his professionalism and quality of service in the real estate industry. Mike attributes his success to his high energy, strong ethical commitment, dedication to providing superb service and to his family and friends who have supported him along the way. 

 

In April 2007, Mike formed his own Real Estate Team; Hancock Home Team, by adding Julie Lucas, a Licensed Real Estate Agent to be his assistant and to manage the team duties.

Julie Lucas was born and raised in New Palestine IN. She is married to Larry and they have three children: Leah, Lauren, and Kandice. With over 17 years experience in the Insurance industry, she changed careers and obtained her Real Estate license in 2007. Julie enjoys volunteering for local and state organizations such as 4-H and the Indiana Hereford Association and is very active on the family farm with the registered Hereford herd and show cattle. Currently she is Treasurer for the Hancock County 4-H Agricultural Association, Indiana Pollettes and is a Junior Advisor for the Indiana Junior Hereford Association. Julie feels that her caring nature, attention to detail and follow through has earned her significant amounts of repeat and referral business.
